When you visit our Orleans store, you can create your gift list with our easy-to-use bar code scanner. All along the way, you'll receive expert service from our gift registry consultants and knowledgeable sales associates.

Once your gift list is published online, family and friends nearby and across the country can access your gift list at anytime. They can purchase gifts online, by phone or in our store. Gift-wrapping and shipping services complete the package.

Easy In-Store Registration <Top>

Creating a gift registry is remarkably easy. In fact, the most difficult part of the process is choosing from 30,000 unique and useful items!

Here's how to register:

1. Make an Appointment
   Please visit our Customer Service Desk to receive a Gift Registry Packet and schedule an in-store appointment with a registry consultant. This way, we can provide you with uninterrupted service.
2. Complete the Event Information Form
   While in the store, you will meet with a registry consultant and complete an "Event Information Form" that provides us with basic information to set up your registry.
3. Determine Your Gift Preferences
   Your Gift Registry Packet contains a "Gift Selection Checklist" to help you identify items of interest. Your registry consultant will use it as a guide to show you the actual items in the store.
4. Create Your Gift List
   In order to create your gift list, the product number, description, quantity, and price of each item you select has to be recorded. The quickest and easiest way to do this is by using our bar code scanning device that automatically records all product information. If you prefer, you can hand write the information on a "Gift List" Form included in your Gift Registry packet.
5. Access Your Registry
   Your list will be available online within 2-5 business days. To access it, enter our web address www.SnowsHomeAndGarden.com and click on "Gift Registry."

We offer Registry Cards that provide all the information a gift-giver needs to access your gift list online or to call toll-free to receive a copy.

Convenient Guest Purchasing <Top>

Family and friends across the country can access your gift list and purchase gifts at anytime online. They can also place an order in the store or by calling Snow's Customer Service at 508-255-0158 (ext. 130) during store hours.

Gift Wrapping <Top>

Each gift is boxed and wrapped expertly for $2. Half of this fee is donated to a local charity. A complimentary gift card with the gift-giver's message completes the package.

Two Year Registry File <Top>

Just because your special day has ended doesn't mean people will stop giving you gifts. That's why we keep your registry on file for two years after your event. It's the ultimate reference for other gift-giving occasions.

Order Information <Top>

Orders may be placed online, over the phone or at our store. All orders received are processed and shipped within one week.

  • If an item purchased is out of stock, Snow's will contact the purchaser by phone to discuss other options.
  • Taxes (if applicable) and Shipping/Delivery charges are not included in purchase subtotal but will appear on final bill.

  Shipping/Delivery charges will be billed to purchaser based on delivery method.
  • Standard delivery is UPS Ground.
  • In-store pick-ups are within 5 business days.
  • Local delivery is available within Snow's delivery zone; please call for details and fees.
• Returns
  • Gifts may be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • Returned items must include all original packaging.
  • All returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of your event date.

Note: If you receive an incorrect or damaged gift, contact Snow's for instructions. Do not contact the gift giver.

Gift Registry Tips <Top>

When should I register?
Plan your registration 2-4 months prior to your event. Complete the registration process a minimum of one month before you send out your invitations.

What do I register for?
It is quite acceptable to register for any item you need. Be creative and fun; register for gifts others will enjoy giving.

How many gifts should I choose?
The more choices you provide for your gift givers the better. At a minimum, register for the total number of gifts equivalent to the number of guests invited to the event. If you are having an engagement party or a shower, add more items to your gift list.

What price range?
Register for gifts with a broad price range so your gift givers will have many options.

How do I announce my registry?
Proper etiquette recommends that someone other than the recipient advise the gift givers. A family member or a member of a wedding party, for instance, is acceptable.

Keep your Gift Registry current.
Regularly check your gift list to ensure there are sufficient items still remaining from which gift-givers may choose.

Keep a record of gifts received.
Create a system to keep an accurate record of all gifts received and their givers to ensure timely and correct acknowledgement of gifts.

Thank you notes
A handwritten thank you card acknowledging the receipt of a gift is a must. All thank you notes should be written within 3 months of your event.
