Snow's Fuel Company Home Monitoring Cape Cod Whether you're away from your property for an extended vacation or months at a time, our Monitoring Program is a plan to meet your needs and lifestyle. Our electronic monitors are the most effective way to protect homes from frozen pipe damage due to heat loss during the winter

Our electronic home monitoring equipment, among the most sophisticated on the market, protects your home from fuel run-outs and heat loss 24/7. It can be used with fuel oil, LP gas and natural gas heating systems. A modem, the size of a home smoke detector is installed inside your home and connects to your phone line^*. A Heat sensor is placed indoors. If the sensor detects a temperature drop it transmits to the modem which alerts us via the phone with a "Heat Loss" message. There is also a sensor that is used with fuel oil or propane tanks to alert us of low fuel. A Rocket is placed on your fuel tank that transmits the fuel level in the tank to the modem in your home which alerts us via the phone with a "Low Fuel Level" message.

The System also routinely performs a self-test to let us know that all is in order.^**
