Annual Heating System Tune-Up, Inspection & Safety Check
Whether you heat with oil or propane, an annual tune-up, inspection and safety check is essential. A little cleaning goes a long way. As little as 1/8" of soot can decrease your system's efficiency and increase your fuel consumption more than 8%. Plus, the harder your equipment works, the sooner it might malfunction or need to be replaced. In addition, our technicians are better able to spot potential problems with your system during regular inspections and make recommendations to prevent the problem from escalating.

Heating system failures are always inconvenient and take time to remedy. During the winter, extended heat loss could also cause your pipes to freeze. All in all, preventative maintenance will not only enhance the performance and extend the life of your heating system. It will save you money and worries.

Peace of Mind Service Plans
For the ultimate protection, our Service Plans include an annual heating system tune-up, inspection and safety-check-plus parts replacement or repair with around-the-clock service available. One bad part can decrease your system's efficiency-or shut it down completely. And some of them cost more than our annual Service Plan fee. You won't pay a penny for the dozens of parts and the labor to install them covered under this plan.
