Non-Program Accounts | Pay Per Delivery
Many customers find it more convenient to pay for each delivery they receive in full.

• After each delivery or service, we will send you an invoice the following business day.
• The amount billed is due in full within 30 days of the delivery of the delivery date.
• You will receive a statement with a finance charge if payment for balances is not received within 30 days.
• To take advantage of the 10¢/gallon discount Every Day Discount, please remit payment by cash or check within 10 days of the delivery date.*
• If you have authorized us to automatically apply payment for deliveries against your credit card you will receive a 5¢/gallon discount and an invoice reflecting the transaction. Learn More
• Charges for services/equipment are also due in full within 30 days of the service/purchase date.**

Installment Program | Pay In 12 Installments
Spreading your annual heating costs across twelve months often helps your personal cash flow and makes budgeting easier.

• Our Installment Program begins each July and runs through the following June.
• Your monthly payment will be based on your estimated fuel consumption and projected fuel costs for the heating season.
• Your total projected heating costs will be divided into 12 equal payments.
• After each delivery, we will send you an invoice the following business day. Because you are on a monthly payment plan, this if for your records only; no payment is required at this time.
• Each month you will receive a statement detailing the status of your account. Your monthly installment payment will be due in full on the 10th of the month.
• If you have authorized us to automatically apply your monthly payment to your credit card, your month-end statement will reflects those payment. Learn More
